Imprinted Products
Custom printed products are NOT of any use except to the company or individual that purchased them. We send a proof on custom printed orders for review prior to producing custom printed items. Your approval of this "final proof" is the approval to print the products as approved in the proof. These products are NOT returnable for a credit or refund of any kind unless they are defective in material workmanship.
Blank Products
Un-Imprinted products are returnable with prior approval from our customer service department. The original shipping for the order is NOT refundable NOR is the return shipping. There is a 15% restocking fee for any return.
Defective Merchandise
We will guarantee that our products will be free of material defects. Imprinting is a surface imprint in many cases and normal wear will cause the imprint to eventually rub off. We do not consider an item to be defective if normal wear is determined to be the cause of the defect. Our quality control team will review all claims and the history of any issues of the product in question to determine a defect. Final determination of a defect is made by PocketScrewdrivers.com/For-most Specialties LLC
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are not refundable on any order unless the mistake was clearly made by For-Most Specialties LLC in which case we will cover the shipping cost as determined at the time of the request.A handling charge is included in our shipping prices.
