I especially like the strong neodymium magnet that is used , rather than a cheap regular magnet that is useless on some screwdrivers.

The Screwdriver had a reversible tip and worked as expected.  The magnet worked well.  The only complaint I have is with the shipping department.  The screwdrivers got sent to someone else at the same company.  Their name was not on any of the shipping or purchasing information so I don't know how it got sent to their attention.
